  • All recordings and settings remain on your device unless you manually choose to share them.

  • TrekAlly does not access your full contact list — only the one contact you choose.

By using TrekAlly, you agree to use its features responsibly and in compliance with applicable local laws, especially regarding recording and location sharing.

Blesspod Studio is not responsible for misuse of the app, including illegal or unauthorized recordings.

TrekAlly is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a child under 13 has used the app, we will take steps to delete any relevant information.
