By downloading, installing, or using TrekAlly (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), which constitute a legal agreement between you and Blesspod Studio, the developer of the app. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App

TrekAlly is a personal safety tool designed to allow users to trigger emergency actions, such as recording video and sending location-based SMS alerts, by using a custom voice-activated keyword.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Responsibilities

By using TrekAlly, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful and personal protection purposes.

• Not misuse or exploit the App for surveillance, stalking, harassment, or any form of illegal activity.

• Respect privacy and consent laws applicable in your location, especially concerning video and audio recording.

• Properly configure your keyword, emergency contact, and SMS message before relying on the App for emergency use.

You acknowledge that Blesspod Studio is not responsible for the misuse or misconfiguration of the app by users.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of TrekAlly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle data related to your microphone, camera, location, SMS, and other device permissions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, logos, visual designs, trademarks, and features of the TrekAlly app and associated websites are the intellectual property of Blesspod Studio and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the App without prior written consent from Blesspod Studio.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TrekAlly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive to offer a reliable and functional app, we make no guarantees that the app will:

• Detect your keyword in every situation

• Function during network or hardware failure

• Prevent harm or injury during an emergency

You agree that Blesspod Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use TrekAlly, including but not limited to:

• Failure of the emergency functions

• Misuse of recording features

• Legal consequences of unauthorized use

8. Updates and Modifications

Blesspod Studio reserves the right to modify or update the App and these Terms at any time. You will be notified through the App or via the website when such updates occur. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TrekAlly without notice if:

• You violate these Terms

• Your actions pose a threat to the integrity of the App or other users

• Required by law

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
